Home Watch Services
We offer professional, thorough home watch services for whenever you and your family are not home. Allow us to customize a plan that will work for your needs. No matter how much or how little you are away, we can help maintain and watch it while you are gone. We provide peace of mind as we take exceptional care of your home.
- Run water through all faucets, showers, and toilets.
- Run Dishwasher and Osmosis Water System each visit.
- Run Washing Machine once a month.
- Run Garbage Disposal.
- Adjust Gas Water Heaters to vacation mode.
- Check refrigerators and wine coolers for cooling.
- Verify security system is operating and re-arm upon leaving.
- Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
- Monitor landscape, pool, and maid services.
- Check all light fixtures for bad bulbs.
- Run Cars and ensure Battery Tenders are installed.
- Email a PDF report after each visit. (Sample Report)
- Adjust Thermostats to conserve electricity.
- Remove all food from refrigerator (if instructed).
- Custom requests available upon inquiry.
To ensure your home doesn't look vacant, we vary the days of the week that we monitor your home. We do not have any advertising on our vehicles that states "Home Watch Service." We are either in an unmarked car or a "Fix It Floyd" truck; either way, there is nothing to indicate that the home is vacant. This would be a dead giveaway to a thief!
