Home watch sERVICES

We offer professional, thorough home watch services for whenever you and your family are not home.  Allow us to customize a plan that will work for your needs. No matter how much or how little you are away from your home, we can help maintain and watch it while you are gone.  We do not have a requirement on how much you use our services.  We create a specific program for everyone of our clients based off of their needs. We loos forward to working with you, providing you peace of mind as we take exceptional care of your home.  Below is a list of some of our most requested services:

  • Monitor landscape, pool, and maid services with pictures in our "House Check Reports"
  • Make sure the refrigerators and wine refrigerators are cooling properly.
  • Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
  • Run Dishwasher and Osmosis Water System each visit
  • Run the Washing Machine once a month.
  • Run the Garbage Disposal.
  • Check all light fixtures for bad bulbs.
  • Run water through all the faucets, showers, and toilets.
  • Run Cars and make sure they are properly installed to the Battery Tenders
  • Adjust Thermostats to have conserve electricity.
  • Adjust the Gas Water Heaters to vacation mode while you are gone.
  • Remove all food from refrigerator (If client has so instructed)
  • Email a PDF report after each visit. (Sample Home Watch Report)
  • Verify the security system is operating properly and re-arm the system upon leaving.


One of our security protocols is to vary the days of the week that we monitor your home.  We also do not have any advertising on our vehicles that states "Home Watch Service".  We are either in an unmarked car or a Fix It Floyd truck, either way there is nothing to indicate that the home is vacant. This would be a dead give away to a thief that the home is vacant!
